Arriving at The Arts Walk

When you first arrive at Peace Love Yoga Fest go directly to the Edgewood Arts Center (3415 8th Street NE) to check in, get your wrist band, and pick up your festival schedule and map. Keep your wristband on all day as this is how you will gain entry to all yoga classes and workshops through out the event. 

METRO: The Arts Walk is conveniently located at the Brookland/CUA Metro station (Red Line). 

BIKE: The Arts Walk is right on the Metropolitan Branch Trail. We are also hosting a Mindful Bike Ride so if you love to bike this the way to go so you can participate in that meditation with Jack Blackfelt (12-2 pm) There are also Capital Bikeshare Stations located the Arts Walk. 

CAR: There is some street parking available, but it is not guaranteed. 

What to bring to Peace Love Yoga Fest

-your favorite yoga mat

-cash/credit card to buy food and art from our amazing local talent

-refillable water bottle

-bike (optional, if you would like to participate in the mindful bike ride with Jack from 12-2pm)

-musical instruments (optional)

-a smile and lots of free hugs (mandatory)

Things to keep in mind...

-If you have purchased a day pass you can come and go as many times throughout the day as you would like! Just make sure to keep your wristband on.

-Wear clothes you don't mind getting paint-y! Latela/Artoga/Bluebird Sky Yoga are hosting two Artoga (Vinyasa and Paint) workshops throughout the day, all included in your Peace Love Yoga Fest day pass! Come get ready to paint and play. 

-There will be no place to "check" your things, so only bring what you need and can keep next to your mat while you practice. 

-Check the SCHEDULE to find out what time your favorite instructors are leading workshops and classes!
