Dancing With Shiva with Daniel 12:00-1:00 pm
Shiva is the first teacher. The teacher of teachers and represents nothingness, stillness, silence and living beyond ignorance and obstacles. He is the annihilator of the false identity, destroyer of the time-bound self and the gateway to the timeless dimension of the SOUL. Shiva is the alchemist, the one who can drink poison and turn it into nectar, teaching there is nothing to hold onto, only nectar to share. In this Sattva Yoga journey we'll use pranayama, kriya, laya, hatha asana and ecstatic movement all fused together with music and live kirtan to break through the confines of the mind and enter the dimension of the TIMELESS SELF.

Yin Yoga: Surrender and REST with Manisha 8:45-9:45 am
Yin yoga encourages our bodies to surrender and release. With our bodies and minds in a place of alertness the majority of the time, fully resting and letting ourselves feel supported can be challenging. Through long held, floor based poses, we will give our bodies and minds time to let go and connect with the yin or feminine energy of our beings. Working with the subtle body to promote the flow of energy, we also have the opportunity to move deeper into meditation and connect in with the vast wisdom that lies within us.
Primal Yoga® Flow with Jennie 10:00-11:00 am

Contact Improv with Darrell 1:15-2:45 pm
Contact Improvisation is a partner dance form based on the physical principles of touch, momentum, shared weight, and most quintessentially - following a shared point of contact. The form was founded in 1972 by Steve Paxton. Integrating his background as a modern dancer and his studies in the martial art form Aikido, Steve developed Contact Improv through explorations with his students and colleagues at the time. This dance practice explores the skills of falling, rolling, counterbalance, lifting using minimal effort, how to make ourselves light when being lifted, centering and breathing techniques, and responsiveness to our partners and surroundings. Yoga Nidra with Heather 3:00-4:00 pm
Yoga Nidra, known as Yogic Sleep, is a practice of deep relaxation located at the intersection of sleep and waking consciousness. Yoga Nidra is practiced laying down in a comfortable position with the eyes closed. Though it is called 'Yogic Sleep' practitioners remain awake and alert to the sensations of the body to access a deep state of relaxation through the withdrawing of the senses. Practitioners are guided through a detailed body scan and visualizations to encourage the deepest possible relaxation of the body and mind. This style of Yoga Nidra is inspired by the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra. Sri Dharma says that one session Yoga Nidra is as restful as three hours of normal sleep. You will emerge from this practice feeling refreshed and rejuvenated! This session will be lead by HEATHER HONESTEIN.
